Before incident ni jadi Mecca memang sudah dilanda angin kencang & ribut petir+pasir. 
Happened in Mecca 11/09/2015 that's on Friday. That's Qada' Qadar The Almighty cause He is The Planner.

 "WHY Allah tak tolong kat Mecca pulak tu ?"


 That's why called as Qada' Qadar. Only He knows point tersirat disebalik kejadian tersebut. Allah always plan the best :)
